Tusculum College Greeneville is seeking a full time student accounts associate. This position is responsible for maintaining the residential and professional studies student accounts and cash receipts. The successful candidate must possess an Associate's degree in Business Administration with major in accounting preferred or 3 to 5 years accounting/bookkeeping experience. They must also possess excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to multi-task, and be computer literate. (Team work environment)

ADJUNCT FACULTY

DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
The Graduate and Professional Studies Program of Tusculum College seeks qualified adjunct faculty for teaching positions in Greeneville, Morristown, Tri-Cities and Knoxville. Applications are being accepted for adjunct instructors with:
Master’s or Terminal degree (preferred) and at least 18 graduate hours in Education, English, Science, Math or Art and experience in an Elementary Education classroom. This position is for potential adjunct instructors who have the availability to teach on Tuesday/Thursdays during the day.
Graduate and Professional Studies offers non-traditional, accelerated, adult-oriented classes. Most classes meet twice a week for three weeks. Prior experience with adult students is preferred as well.

OFFICE OF RESIDENTIAL ADMISSION

DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
The Office of Admission is hiring a temporary three month position. The primary responsibility is to represent Tusculum at college recruitment programs and high schools in Tennessee and surrounding states during the fall. This position requires extensive travel and weekend work. The starting date is projected for August 24, 2009.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications for the above position include a Bachelor's Degree, effective oral and written communication skills, an outgoing personality, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, a flexible attitude, and a willingness to work frequent evenings and weekends. This is a comprehensive position and requires a strong work ethic to be successful. Basic knowledge of computers and a good driving record are also required.

MANAGER OF SCHOOL PROGRAMS

DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
Develop, implement, teach, and evaluate on-site and outreach museum education programs for public and home schools which serve to meet the mission and goals of the Department of Museum Program and Studies with primary emphasis on curriculum-based school programming and early childhood education insuring that they meet Standards of Learning. Programming primarily focuses on the Doak House Museum but may include related programs at the President Andrew Johnson Museum & Library. M.A in Museum Education, Museum Studies, Education, or related fields required; experience with educational programming at a museum, gallery, or living history site; teaching certification in related fields a plus; experience working with teachers, children, and parents a plus.
